1. General Policy
Because AuthentiX Media provides digital creative services delivered by third-party creators (UGC video creators), all projects involve labor, preparation, time, planning, and resource allocation immediately after payment.
For this reason, all payments are considered final, with limited exceptions listed below.
2. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
2.1 After Creator Assignment
Once a creator has been assigned to your project and has begun preparing, filming, or planning content, refunds are not available.
2.2 Subjective or Preference-Based Requests
We do not issue refunds for reasons including:
“I don’t like the creator’s style”
“The content is not what I imagined”
Personal preference changes
Change of internal brand strategy
We provide one revision for Starter and reasonable revisions for Standard & Premium packages to address these concerns.
2.3 Failure to Read Package Details
No refund is issued if the client:
Expected deliverables not included in the chosen package
Did not provide required materials (scripts, product details, guidelines)
Purchased the wrong package
2.4 Delayed Product Shipping
Creators cannot start without receiving the product.If the client delays shipping, this is not grounds for a refund.
3. When Refunds May Be Available
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
3.1 Creator Fails to Deliver
If the assigned creator fails to deliver content past the maximum delivery window (7 days for Starter, 7 days for Standard, 7 days for Premium) and the client does not accept a replacement creator.
3.2 Creator Error with No Possibility of Correction
A refund may be issued if:
The creator delivers unusable content due to an error on their side
AND the error cannot be fixed with a revision
AND no replacement or re-shoot is acceptable to the client
3.3 Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If a payment is duplicated or processed in error, the duplicate amount will be fully refunded.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
Processing time: 3–10 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
If delayed, contact your bank or payment provider
If unresolved, contact us at support@authentixmedia.com
5. Project Cancellation by Client
If the client wishes to cancel before a creator is assigned, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover administrative and operational costs.
After creator assignment, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
6. Content Rights and Refunds
If a refund is issued:
All rights to the content remain with AuthentiX Media and the creator
The client may not use or publish the videos
Any usage will be considered a copyright violation
7. Creator Substitution
If a creator becomes unavailable due to illness, technical issues, or other reasons:
We will assign a suitable replacement creator
No refunds are issued when a replacement is provided and accepted
